Zhejiang Geely Reportedly Receives EUR2.4B Syndicated Loan

Zhejiang Geely Holding secured a EUR2.4 billion 3-year syndicated loan to refinance a loan to acquire a stake in Volvo in 2018, Bloomberg quoted sources as saying.

It is reported that BNP Paribas, HSBC HOLDINGS (00005.HK) and STANCHART (02888.HK) are the mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners of the syndicated loan, which obtained participation from more than 20 organizations.
