NTES-S (09999.HK) has issued an apology as several of its popular mobile games experienced server issues simultaneously. NTES-S revealed that due to a severe network failure at China Mobile, users using the operator's services were unable to log into NetEase games from 10 pm yesterday (3rd). After urgent communication and handling by the technical department and China Mobile, the affected NetEase game services have already been restored.
