HSBC HOLDINGS issued US$1.5 billion 4.899% Fixed Rate/Floating Rate Senior Unsecured Notes due 2029; US$1.75 billion 5.13% Fixed Rate/Floating Rate Senior Unsecured Notes due 2031; US$2.25 billion 5.45% Fixed Rate/Floating Rate Senior Unsecured Notes due 2036; US$750 million Floating Rate Senior Unsecured Notes due 2029 and US$750 million Floating Rate Senior Unsecured Notes due 2031.
