XIAOMI-W (01810.HK) Chairman and CEO Lei Jun announced that the construction of Xiaomi’s smart home appliance factory in Wuhan is progressing smoothly, with large-scale production expected to commence by the end of this year. The first phase of the project will focus on air conditioning products, featuring six major core sub-factories to comprehensively cover the assembly and production of both residential and central air conditioners.
