Alibaba’s B2B digital trade platform, Alibaba.com, unveiled "OKKI CRM," a comprehensive AI solution for foreign trade businesses. The new tool offers features such as AI-driven business opportunity identification, proactive smart marketing, and all-encompassing CRM management, spanning four core foreign trade scenarios: identifying clients, negotiating with clients, managing clients, and overseeing teams. The platform is envisioned to help businesses track marketing execution and improve conversion outcomes. Thomas Man, Alibaba.com’s Hong Kong Regional Manager, highlighted the immense potential of the global B2B market, noting that small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) still face major hurdles in navigating complex international trade.
