Country Garden held its annual work conference, where Board Chairwoman Yang Huiyan reviewed and summarized the company’s efforts in 2024 while outlining key priorities and development plans for 2025, Chinese news broke.

During the meeting, Yang stated that the first half of the year will focus primarily on ensuring property deliveries, with recent efforts centered on promptly resuming construction after the holiday period.

In the second half of the year, equal emphasis will be placed on both property deliveries and maintaining the company’s core operations, laying the groundwork for a return to normal business operations by 2026, said the Chairwoman.

Yang expressed that the future of the real estate industry will gradually shift toward a new competitive landscape driven by industrialization, requiring a greater focus on refined development.

She emphasized that the company must strive to enhance its cost efficiency, product quality, and service capabilities, pursuing excellence in every aspect to build unique advantages and ensure long-term growth.
