Neocrm in China announced an upgraded strategic partnership with TENCENT (00700.HK), under which both parties will enhance collaboration surrounding areas such as products, technology, and ecosystem to jointly explore new paths and opportunities for growth in the SaaS business. In order to further integrate and leverage the strengths and resources of both parties, Li Qiang, TENCENT's vice president and president of enterprise business, will concurrently serve as chairman of Neocrm, while Shi Yanze, Neocrm's founder, will continue as CEO.
