The formation of the National Data Group is not a mere piling up of resources, but is oriented towards marketization and specialization, and is exploring a commercialized mode of operation for data resources, so as to enhance the efficiency of the utilization of data resources, and to inject a new impetus for the digital transformation of SOEs, a source close to the preparatory work of the new SOE was quoted as saying.
