HSBC HOLDINGS (00005.HK) announced that a meeting of a committee of its board of directors will be held on February 19 to consider the announcement of the final results for the year ended December 31, 2024, and to consider the payment of a fourth interim dividend for 2024 on the ordinary shares. Subject to the approval and confirmation at the board meeting, the dividend will be payable on April 25 to holders of record on March 7 on the Principal register in the UK, the Hong Kong Overseas Branch register, the Bermuda Overseas Branch register and for holders of American Depositary Shares in New York.
