GAC GROUP Chairman Zeng Qinghong Retires, Succeeded by Feng Xingya

GAC GROUP (02238.HK) received a letter of resignation from the chairman of the Company, Zeng Qinghong, according to GAC GROUP. As Zeng has reached his retirement age, he resigned from the positions as chairman, director, and chairman of the strategy committee and its committee member of the Company. Upon his resignation from the aforesaid positions, Zeng will no longer hold any position in the Group. Feng Xingya, an executive director of the Company, has been elected as the new chairman of the Board with effect from 3 February 2025, following the consideration and approval at the 80th meeting of the sixth session of the Board.
