MGM CHINA Expects LNY Hotel Occupancy Rate to Reach 95% w/ Confidence on Biz During LNY

Kenneth Feng, President and an executive Director of MGM CHINA (02282.HK), said that, compared with previous years, business before the 2025 Lunar New Year (LNY) did not have much of a pullback, which is a good omen, and believed that the hotel occupancy rate during the LNY could reach 95%, with confidence in the LNY holiday, according to Macao Daily News. Zhuhai's “one trip per week” and Hengqin's “multiple-entry” endorsements were implemented for nearly a month, during which the number of visitors to hotels increased compared to the same period of 2024.
