China’s Ministry of Commerce (MOC) and other government units issued a notice on launching a pilot reform of automobile circulation and consumption, with a view to stabilizing and expanding automobile consumption.

By 2027, a number of typical enterprises with innovative development will be cultivated in the field of automobile circulation and consumption; a number of typical projects with integration of business, tourism, culture, sports and health will be created; and a number of experiences and models that can be replicated and promoted will be formed, so as to play the role of leading and driving, to vitalize the market of automobile consumption, and to nourish the development of the automobile market in a high quality manner.
