UBTECH ROBOTICS (09880.HK) received a voluntary undertaking from QM25 LIMITED, a shareholder of UBTECH ROBOTICS, pursuant to which it undertakes that it will not sell the shares of the Company through the secondary market within 12 months from now, according to UBTECH ROBOTICS' announcement. However, QM25 LIMITED may sell the shares of the Company by other means, only if the selling price is not less than $180 per share.
