Users can choose to send gifts to WeChat friends or WeChat group members when making purchases on the JD.com platform, marking the latest mainstream e-commerce platform to join the "gifting" rivalry after TENCENT (00700.HK)'s WeChat Mini Shop and BABA-W (09988.HK)'s Taobao.
