MIRAMAR HOTEL (00071.HK) announced the acquisition of a 10-story composite building with an additional roof floor now known as "Champagne Court" at Kimberley Road, Kowloon, from HENDERSON LAND (00012.HK) for a total consideration of $3.12 billion, which will be funded through internal resources.
