GALAXY ENT (00027.HK) announced that all eligible team members at senior manager level and below will receive a pay hike starting from April 2025. It is expected that about 98% of its staff will benefit, according to Macau media. Qualified team members who joined GALAXY ENT before 1 January 1 2025 will receive a salary increase of MOP600, or a minimum of 3.75%, if their monthly basic salary and guaranteed tips are MOP16,000 or less, while those with monthly salary and guaranteed tips above MOP16,000 will receive a pay increase of 2.5% based on their monthly salary.
