CHINA RUYI (00136.HK) has announced an acquisition of a 30% stake in Beijing Yonghang Technology, the developer of TENCENT (00700.HK)'s "QQ Dance".

After opening flat today (14th), CHINA RUYI faltered to bottom at $2.38. It last printed at $2.39, down 4.4%, on a volume of 25.878 million shares, involving $64.0836 million.

CHINA RUYI acquired a 30% stake in Beijing Yonghang Technology for a total consideration of RMB830 million. CHINA RUYI hopes to obtain more attractive IPs and games through investment and business expansion, with the ultimate goal of constructing a diversified product matrix.
