Savills is selling the Sheraton Hotel project at 9 Yi Tung Road, Tung Chung, held by SHIMAO GROUP (00813.HK) and others, by way of open invitation until 15 April 2025. Although no information is provided on the intended price of the project, the latest rumored selling price of around $4.5 billion at the end of December 2024 represents a reduction of over 30% from the previous price.
