Ant Group Completes Acquisition of Internet Medical Platform 'Haodf'

Ant Group announced at the 2025 Haodf Conference that it had completed the acquisition of the internet healthcare platform "Haodf". Pursuant to the agreement, both parties will work concertedly to promote "AI+Healthcare" innovation to serve users, doctors and hospitals in the future and introduce AI assistants that can assist doctors in popularizing science and managing medical records, which have already served nearly 1,000 doctors in the first phase. Cyril Han, President of Ant Group, said that it has always been Ant Group's key development arena to enable people to obtain convenient healthcare services, whereas Alipay, its subsidiary, has been harnessing its technological and platform advantages to support the healthcare industry for more than a decade.
