The 78th Meeting of the 6th Session of the Board of Directors of GAC GROUP (02238.HK) (601238.SH) was convened by correspondence. The Resolution on Project GH was considered and passed by voting of the Directors present. According to the Resolution, the Company agreed to invest in the establishment of the GH Project Company with a registered capital of RMB1.5 billion, and planned to use the Project Company as a vehicle to deeply integrate its respective strengths with Huawei. Through joint definition and design, both parties will commence comprehensive cooperation in various areas such as product development, marketing strategy and eco-services to build a brand new automobile brand with a brand new structure and leading technology; and launch a series of intelligent new vehicle products to bring consumers more forward-looking and more advanced automobile products.
