Alibaba Digital Media & Entertainment Holds Roadshow for 'Spring Seedling Scriptwriting Program'

Alibaba Digital Media and Entertainment Group’s “Spring Seedling Scriptwriting Program” had its 2025 kickoff roadshow held in Beijing, where a total of 16 groups of 18 young creators were awarded the title of “Spring Seedling Emerging Scriptwriters”, and 10 original topics from 12 creators were awarded RMB50,000 in funding support, and will receive subsequent scriptwriting support and export guidance from the platform in the future, Chinese media reported. The “Spring Seedling Scriptwriting Program” was purportedly initiated by Alibaba Digital Media and Entertainment Group, and is a support program for young creators and original scripts in the whole industry.
