Rumor has it that BYD COMPANY (01211.HK)'s Dynasty and Ocean Apps encountered network issues this morning (9th), which prevented users from unlocking vehicles and using voice activation features, Chinese media reported.

BYD customer service responded that both the Dynasty and Ocean Apps have now returned to normal.
