Macau International Airport’s passenger traffic recorded over 7.64 million passengers last year, up by 48% YoY, while the number of flights grew by 41% YoY to 59,000, according to Macau International Airport Company. In December, a peak travel period because of Christmas and New Year's Eve, the airport recorded a passenger volume of 680,000 and 5,280 flight movements, representing YoY increases of 14% and 9.6% respectively, the company also mentioned.
