WeChat Testing Comment-With-Image Feature for Official Accounts Internally: Report

WeChat is currently conducting an internal testing of a comment-with-image feature for official accounts, Chinese media reported. iOS/ Android users can access this feature after updating WeChat to the latest version 8.0.55. It is understood that an "image" button will appear on the comment page after users click the comment function at the bottom of articles posted on official accounts. Clicking the "image" button will open a photo album, and users can select an image to attach to their comments. Each comment can only include one image. A preview of the selected image can be found below the text input box and can be published along with the text content.
