The press office of the Henan Provincial Government held a press conference on the province's policy measures to promote an economic jumpstart in the first quarter of 2025. The Department of Commerce of Henan Province will anchor on boosting consumption, and will in the first quarter focus on three tasks, namely redeeming consumable trade-in, issuing Lunar New Year consumption vouchers, and creating consumption scenes. The provincial government will disburse RMB200 million in consumption vouchers in key areas, such as retail, catering, culture and tourism, and accommodation, and will also encourage localities to follow up on the distribution of consumption vouchers.
