S Korea CIO Pauses Execution of Detention Order against Impeached President Yoon

The investigators of South Korea's Corruption Investigation Office for High-ranking Officials (CIO) were blocked by the military police inside the President's official residence in the process of executing the detention order against Yoon Suk-yeol, and the standoff lasted for more than five hours, according to Yonhap News Agency. The CIO had initiated the execution of the detention order against President Yoon this morning (3rd).
