CN ICF Phase III Makes 1st Investment, Pouring RMB160B in 2 Funds

The China Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund Phase III (ICF Phase III) recently invested in two funds, Guotou Jixin and Huaxin Dingxin (literal translation of “國投集新” and “華芯鼎新”), with a combined size of RMB160 billion, representing the first time the fund has invested since its inception in May 2024, according to Chinese media report.

Guotou Jixin was established at the end of December 2024 with a capital contribution of RMB71.071 billion, with ICF Phase III and SDIC Venture Capital accounting for 99.9% and 0.1%, and contributing RMB71 billion and RMB71 million, respectively.

Huaxin Dingxin was established on December 31, 2024, with ICF Phase III subscribing for RMB93 billion, accounting for 99.9%; and SINO-IC Capital contributing RMB93 million, accounting for 0.1%.
