Apple Reported to Postpone Time of iPhone's Use of TSMC 2nm Chips to 2026

Apple (AAPL.US) planned to postpone the time of iPhone using TSMC (TSM.US)'s 2nm chips to 2026, South Korean media ChosunBiz quoted sources as saying. Apple is originally scheduled to launch the iPhone 17 series with a 2nm chip as soon as this year.

TSMC is currently conducting program testing with Apple, NVIDIA (NVDA.US) and Advanced Micro Devices (AMD.US), while Apple is expected to be the first customer to adopt the 2nm chip, according to the report.
