GAC AION, the electric vehicle (EV) brand of GAC GROUP (02238.HK)(601238.SH), announced that global sales reached 46,851 units in December 2024, continuing positive growth year-on-year and month-on-month. Among which, the sales volume of "AION RT" surpassed 16,000 units, setting a new high. GAC AION also announced that a time-limited purchase subsidy has been offered from yesterday (1st) to February 28, among which a time-limited insurance subsidy of RMB5,000 will be provided for the second-generation AION V, and RMB3,000 for the AION RT and AION Y series models.
