As of the end of December 2024, the Beijing Branch of BANK OF CHINA (03988.HK) (601988.SH) has cumulatively included 18 projects in the “white list” of Beijing's real estate financing coordination mechanism, according to Chinese media. Of which, there was 1 project under the audit category and 17 projects under the filing category, with a total loan disbursement amount of RMB14.5 billion and a loan disbursement rate of over 90%.
