TME-SW's Kugou Music Found Guilty of Infringement Again, Ordered to Compensate MCSC RMB220K

The Music Copyright Society of China (MCSC) announced that TME-SW's (01698.HK) (TME.US) Kugou Music has once again been found guilty of infringement by the Guangzhou Intellectual Property Court for unauthorized use of music works managed by MCSC. As of December 19, 2024, MCSC received the second-instance judgment from the Guangzhou Intellectual Property Court, which rejected all appeals from Kugou Music and upheld the original verdict.
