In order to strengthen the Company's market value management and effectively promote the Company to enhance its investment value, a market value management system was formulated in accordance with the market value management and other relevant provisions of the regulatory guidelines for listed companies issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), according to MIDEA GROUP (00300.HK) (000333.SZ)'s announcement. The main purpose of the market value management system is to enhance the transparency of the Company through adequate and compliant information disclosure, and to guide the Company's market value to converge with its intrinsic value, the Company added.
