PING AN (02318.HK) announced that the Board of the Company resolved to appoint Fu Xin, a Senior Vice President, to concurrently serve as the Chief Financial Officer (Financial Director) of the Company; and appoint Zhang Zhichun as the Assistant President and Person-in-charge of Auditing of the Company, ceasing to serve as the Chief Financial Officer (Financial Director) of the Company.
