HKIA Nov Pax Traffic Grows 18% YoY to 4.44M

The Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) handled 4.44 million passengers and 31,105 flight movements in November, representing YoY increases of 18% and 11.6% each, according to the Airport Authority Hong Kong (AAHK)'s announcement. Cargo throughput increased to 458,000 tonnes, up 10.2% from the same period of 2023. In 11M24, passenger volume recorded an increase of 36.4% to approx. 48 million, while flight movements rose to 330,000, 33.9% up, compared with the same period in 2023.
