BRILLIANCE CHI (01114.HK) announced a revised dividend policy whereby, in deciding whether to propose dividends and in determining the dividend amount, subject to the cash dividends that BMW Brilliance Automotive has paid out in the relevant financial year, the Company shall also take into account factors such as the Group's overall results of operation and financial performance; and the Group's expected working capital requirements, capital expenditure requirements and future development plans.
