AQUILA ACQ-Z (07836.HK) announced that the new listing application for its successor company "Zhaogang.com" expired on September 10, 2024, and it is expected to resubmit the new listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange today (9th) or around this date. Additionally, Aquila, the target company ZG Group, and its subsidiary Merger Sub have entered into an amendment agreement, under which the longstop date for the fulfilment or (if permissible) waiver of the conditions to closing of the de-SPAC transaction has been amended to 11:59 pm on March 18, 2025. In connection with the de-SPAC transaction, Aquila will provide its listed warrantholders with the opportunity to elect to redeem all or part of their holdings of Aquila listed warrants at the redemption price of $0.10 for each Aquila listed warrant to be redeemed.
