SENSETIME-W (00020.HK) Chairman and CEO Xu Li revealed in an internal letter that the company, having implemented a strategic reorganization, will focus on the development of its two core businesses, AI Cloud and Universal Vision Model, Chinese media reported. According to the plan, SENSETIME-W will build a new system based on the “1+X” model, where “1” stands for an AI platform that integrates large-scale computing resources, basic algorithms and diverse application scenarios, and “X” refers to a series of innovative clusters of companies that focus on specific markets and work together to scout broader business opportunities. This realignment is designed to accelerate profit advancement and stabilize cash flow by focusing on key areas, while ensuring that each ecosystem business has the flexibility to operate in niche markets. In addition, these subsidiaries will benefit from the infrastructure support and technology sharing mechanism provided by the parent company, thereby promoting synergies across the group.
