CHINA TELECOM (00728.HK) has launched the cloud network capability open platform "Kunlun", which will transform cloud network connectivity, computing network scheduling, cloud network data, and cloud network operation capabilities into products. It is available in forms such as API, SDK, and SAAS.

The "Kunlun" cloud network capability open platform is aimed at global developers and supports international roaming. Applicable in public services, low-altitude economy, industrial internet, and vehicle networking, it has currently seized 6,000 active developers.
