Stepping into December, the RMB exchange rate continued to be subdued. USD/ CNY fell through the 7.26-mark today (2nd), slumping more than 100 bps during the day. Meanwhile, USD/ CNH tumbled in a short period of time, losing more than 200 bps, missing the 7.27-mark, hitting the trough since July.
