Hong Kong Financial Secretary Paul Chan, Deputy Financial Secretary Michael Wong, and Director of the Liaison Office Zheng Yanxiong, along with several developers including FE CONSORT INTL (00035.HK) Chairman David Chiu, SINO LAND (00083.HK) Deputy Chairman Daryl Ng, and representatives from some central and state-owned enterprises, departed from the government headquarters by tour bus to inspect the Northern Metropolis. The government will hold a signing ceremony for corporate participation in the Northern Metropolis development at 2:30 pm. Hong Kong media reports indicated that over 60 companies, including Hong Kong, Chinese, and foreign enterprises, will participate in the afternoon to sign letters of intent and project development.
