XIAOMI-W (01810.HK) President Lu Weibing wrote on Weibo that he went to Xiaomi's smartphone factory in Changping yesterday (11th) to express his care to the frontline production team. The delivery of the Xiaomi 15 was stellar, he said, adding the factory was also asked to speed up production of the out-of-stock version. Lu continued that Xiaomi's Changping smartphone factory was completed and commenced operation this year, with a very high degree of automation. The biggest highlight is that most of the equipment is self-developed. The factory has 11 mobile phone production lines, with automobile electronic parts production lines. In addition, some netizens commented under Lu's post that the customized color version of the Xiaomi 15 has not yet been delivered after more than ten days.
