With regards to China's entire international express delivery industry, J&T EXPRESS-W (01519.HK) Vice President Charles Hou said that many Chinese courier brands are trying to expand globally, and he hopes more brands can enter multiple markets.

Hou noted that industry peers can choose commercial cooperation, such as complementing each other's regional coverage, instead of fighting each other to the death. He also stated that the cooperation with J&T EXPRESS-W will not involve large-scale M&As, and the company is more open to cooperation with Chinese enterprises.

Regarding the "free shipping for orders over RMB99" promotion launched by BABA-W (09988.HK)'s Taobao Hong Kong, Hou remarked that platforms can raise transaction volume through free shipping, but J&T EXPRESS-W only provides logistics services, which is its main source of income, so it will not choose to offer free shipping.

As for whether J&T EXPRESS-W will dabble in the Hong Kong market, Hou emphasized that research is being conducted on this, but no decision or related timetable has been made for the time being.
