Cui Dongshu, Secretary General of China Passenger Car Association (CPCA), said on his personal WeChat official account that the sales volume of second-hand vehicles in September 2024 amounted to 1.66 million units, up 4% YoY, while the turnover was RMB106.4 billion, up 2% YoY.
