Following the established work schedule, 25 negotiation experts from various provincial healthcare departments engaged in on-site negotiations and bidding with relevant pharmaceutical companies under the organization of the National Healthcare Security Administration from October 27 to 30, according to the People's Daily. The on-site negotiations and bidding involved 127 companies and 162 drugs, including 117 drugs outside the medical insurance list and 45 drugs for renewal negotiations within the list. This year's on-site negotiations proceeded smoothly, with overall results comparable to previous years and meeting expectations.
