TSMC (TSM.US) has suspended shipments to at least 2 chip developers amid suspicions that they are trying to get around US export controls on Huawei's technologies, Nikkei Asia quoted sources as saying. The two companies had placed orders for chips using TSMC's advanced 7nm process technology, and that the gradual increase in orders had raised alarm bells at TSMC, sources added.
