CNOOC (00883.HK)'s wholly-owned subsidiary, CNOOC Africa Holding Ltd., entered into the Exploration, Development & Production Contract (EDPC) with Midland Oil Company (Md.O.C) for Block 7 in the Republic of Iraq, according to CNOOC's announcement.
