A key creditor group of SINO-OCEAN GP (03377.HK) will hold a teleconference with other creditors at 3:30 pm today (28th), as the group plans to organize a vote on a debt restructuring plan next month, Bloomberg reported. The key creditor group who initiated the teleconference hold more than 25% of the US$ senior notes guaranteed by Sino-Ocean Group. According to the invitation letter, the group will discuss the next step of demanding the group to improve the restructuring terms during the call, and will continue to vigorously oppose the restructuring plan.
