CLP HOLDINGS (00002.HK) announced the appointments of Ann Kung as an Independent Non-executive director, a Member of the Audit & Risk Committee and the Finance & General Committee of the Company to effect from tomorrow (22nd). Kung is currently an Independent Non-executive Director of Link Asset Management as well as a member of its Audit and Risk Management Committee and Remuneration Committee, according to the introduction. She is also an Advisor to BOC HONG KONG (02388.HK) and the Chairman of the Banking & Financial Services Group of the Employers' Federation of Hong Kong.
