CICC, in its research report, expected that HKEX (00388.HK) will see its 3Q24 revenue rise 6% YoY and remain flat QoQ to $54.1 billion. Revenue from its key businesses was expected to gain 8% YoY or fall 1% QoQ to $41.5 billion, while profit was expected to hike 7% YoY to $3.15 billion or remain flat QoQ. The broker lowered its earnings forecasts for HKEX for 2024 and 2025 by 2% and 6% to $13.1 billion and $14.3 billion, respectively.
