Xia Haijun, the former CEO of EVERGRANDE (03333.HK), showed up in the court hearing in Hong Kong on Wednesday (2 Oct) as the liquidator of EVERGRANDE filed a petition to the court for an injunction to prevent Xia and others from dealing with their assets.
